The founders of Maypharm has more than 25 years of experience between them complimented by a young team of professionals. With an angel investment received in 2019, we are in a high growth trajectory towards our mission.

Sameer Kolhe
One of the founders of Maypharm Life Sciences, Sameer has an extensive experience in turning around businesses, formulating strategic plans and executing them to make the business profitable. He has set up International Business structures for two Indian generic companies and headed business strategy role in a global company before starting Maypharm.
He is spearheading the Business functions at Maypharm and shaping the business development, project management, finance and consulting functions. With more than 15 years of experience with companies such as Piramal enterprises, Indoco Remedies, kopran Ltd etc. he is well positioned to inculcate the best practices from the Industry in Maypharm culture.
Ameya Budukh
With prior experience of growth management through product selection and licensing, Ameya is well versed with the upcoming technologies driving change in Healthcare industry. He has a background on ideating and conceptualizing business plans in various domains. Apart from healthcare industry, Ameya has also founded a company in Social Media Management.
Ameya has been driving the dynamic functions of product selection, licensing, Intellectual property and supply chain management. 10 years of relevant experience with some leading healthcare companies like Lupin Ltd, Generic Partners, Australia and Indoco remedies Ltd gives him a distinct advantage.
Dr. Ambika Bhat Fugro
A medical Doctor and a management professional after completion of MBA, Dr. Ambika adds much needed therapeutic understanding to the team. Due to her earlier experience of medical practice she has the unique ability to look at the market from customer’s perspective. She is actively involved in product identification and launch activities for Brazil and other Latin American markets.
Ruturaj Nagare
Being the youngest member of the team, Ruturaj adds raw energy to Maypharm. Having pursued his MBA in Marketing and MS in International regulatory affairs his expertise dwells in a broad scope of activities from Business development to regulatory strategy for multiple markets.
